No probs dealing with Lynne and Keith, a customer of theirs for 5 years. Recommended

We have stored our caravan at the Carrington site for a few years now, it is very secure , 2 locked gates to get in, cctv, and 24 hour security. The great advantage we find is it has 24hour access which is great when you arrive back after a long journey. The pitches are big enough and positioned to get the van in and out easily. Overall very pleased and recommend (oh and because it’s Cassoa rated get 15% off our insurance), win, win)

Stored our caravan here for over a year. Excellent security, the staff challenge anybody who does not comply to the rules. Excellent route in and out of the storage facility. Would highly recommend.

Very secure storage with 24/7 manned access. Recently started storing here and Lynne was very helpful and quick to respond in arranging viewing and accommodated rearranging. Upon viewing I appreciated the time Keith spent to take me through their policies and selecting preferred pitch. Ultimately all ensures the compound remains secure which is what we are all there for. Would recommend.

Met with owner 1 time and he was very abrasive and not people freindly at all, went away to think about it and then tried to make a follow appointment and they were very difficult and unresponsive, finally they gave me an appointment for about 1 month later when i called them on the day to find out why I had to come down again if we had both already met the wife was border line rude on the phone to me and at this point i thought if this was how they behave before I was using their services how much worse they could be after wards and have decided to go elsewhere, where there is a little bit of customer service and I get the feeling that I am wanted as a customer.

Can't beat week to week payment. Caravans stored behind 24hr maned security barriers, numbered pitches and cameras, would highly recommend
