Excellent roofing service from Shaun and his team. Shaun expertly identified our roofing problems and they were professionally and efficiently rectified. The Team worked hard, were very polite and cleared up afterwards. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Shaun and his team. The work was carried out to a high standard and the job was started and finished to the timescale agreed. Communication was excellent and the team always started their day early and worked hard until the end of the day. Scaffolding and skip were removed promptly and the guys tidied up everywhere on leaving. I would recommend this company for their efficiency and workmanship.

Shaun came to assess a leak we had in our extension. Turns out the flashing and the patch job some previous roofers had done were poor. So he advised redoing all the lead and properly chasing it into the brickwork (i.e. doing it properly). Shaun and his crew were absolute professionals, they did an excellent job and did it quickly, with minimal mess and disruption. The leak is fixed and the roof looks a lot better. Couldn't be happier, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had a slipped roof tile, got in contact with Shaun and they came to fix it within a week. Fast and efficient service! They fit it into their busy schedule and didn’t charge us. We used them earlier this year too. Very reliable, definitely recommend!

Shaun and his wonderful crew have completed a complete overhaul of my roof including a new flat roof on my extension, new tiled main roof and new lead flashing all round . Shaun and his team were originally instructed to rebuild a chimney and repair our roof, once scaffolding was up it was apparent that 3 chimneys needed restoration and a complete re-roof. This work was completed and we were very happy. After the scaffolding was down , rains came and it was apparent that some of the guttering had detached causing leakage. We contacted Shaun , who quickly came to assess. The team arranged scaffolding and rectified the problem. We were very happy with our service from North West Roofers. Things go wrong in every walk of life, it's no one's fault it just happens. How a company deals with the issue is another matter...NW Roofers exceeded our expectations, whole heartedly recommend them .

I contacted Shaun and the team to perform some chimney repair works, bay window lead roof replacement and general roof maintenance after moving house recently. They were fantastic throughout, fast, responsive and professional. Shaun and the team kept me well informed as the works progressed via regular catch ups and up to date photos and videos.
