Took a day holiday to have my car inspected and returned. Inspection went OK despite no call as promised to inform me that he was on his way. Collection driver never arrived even though I phoned later in the day to enquire where he was. Telephone operator couldn’t contact him but promised I’d get a call, which didn’t happen. Phoned again the following morning to enquire again,yet still unable to tell me when he might turn up. No word of apology from the customer service rep. Very poor customer service.

Picked a car up, guy on front gate has a power chip on his shoulder. Everyone else tho is nice.

Usually have to queue here first thing in the morning. They open to cars at 8am so best getting there at 6.45 ISH if you don't want to be at the back of the queue.

Usually friendly here plus quite a quick turnaround. Better than some tbh.

Got a training interview sounds a very exciting industry to work in I can't wait to join hopefully but I do no that bCA automotive is one or if not the biggest logistics around the uk wish me luck
