I said I would write a review 3+ months after purchasing the car so here it is. In short - fabulous. I bought the car in July 25 and, at the time of writing, it is November 25. The car has ran smoothly since purchase and I have had zero issues. The price of the car was fair and reflected some age related marks and was competitive considering the market. I purchased a 2020 vauxhall corsa e with 65k miles on the clock. The seller was kind enough to reopen the lock up at 8pm so I could drive back the same day and purchase the car (I bought it at 4pm but had no way of getting home with 2 cars). All round great service, great car at a reasonable price and they went that extra mile to allow me to collect it conveniently. Thank you.

I definitely suggest Saga Motors since I bought two used automobiles from them—one for my wife and one for myself—and there after sales services are very good with no work needed.

I recently bought a Nissan Qashqai tekna from these guys they delivered the car to me took my old one in part exchange I found just of couple of things wrong with the car but they got it sorted for me. They were there to help with my problems and sorted it out for me I would highly recommend these guys for your next car !! What a SAGA!!! THE WORST DEALERSHIP I’VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH!!! From start to finish, dealing with this company has been nothing short of HORRENDOUS!!!! I bought what I thought was the most beautiful car, but little did I know what was lurking beneath the bonnet!! Day 16 after buying the car, the car broke down on me on the motorway. I was stranded on the embankment for hours. I had it recovered up to Saga Cars’ chosen service garage for them to repair it. Fast forward 2 weeks, I’d still not had the car back - I was told however, that they were waiting on a new DPF as the original one was completely clogged, so much so, that it couldn’t even be cleaned after 6 days of being soaked. I was told on day 21 of the car being ‘repaired’, that they’d replaced a sensor and fitted a NEW DPF. The next day I travelled 4 hours on the train to pick my car up (22 days after it first broke down - the whole time I’d been without a car). I drove it home, all was fine for 3 days. Then the ‘Drivetrain’ warning light came back on. I decided to have a local BMW specialist look at the car and fully diagnose the issue, as I felt there was something more sinister going on & felt that I’d been being lied to by Saga Cars. I was correct!!!! They hadn’t fitted a new sensor, they’d simply welded the existing sensor onto the exhaust. There was no new DPF!!! The original, condemned DPF had been re-fitted and that was still 70% clogged!! Wires were unclipped around the exhaust, wiring harnesses were loose around the engine, the top and bottom under trays were completely missing and it looked as though the whole engine had been out as the engine wiring, bolts etc had been disturbed!!! I finally got Saga Cars to refund me, but they have ZERO communication skills and lack any form of urgency or professionalism and don’t appear to know what they’re doing at all. In total, I owned the car for 7 weeks and out of those 7 weeks, I only had the car for 2.5 weeks, as the rest of the time it was broken down & ‘being repaired’ (NOT!) They are already marketing this car for sale again - they re-listed it on the day they collected it from me, and it’s in no state for sale. Not only that, they’ve got the description completely wrong. Saying it has a sat nav, when it doesn’t….stating it’s ’Alpine White’ when it’s Estoril Blue, just as an example! STEER CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!!! I really wish I had!!!! They are scammers…..

I bought my car from Saga cars. Good prices. I dealt with Imran. I found him to be very honest and overall a really good guy. I've had the car for 5 months now without any issues, he called today to ask me how the car was and if i was ok. I thought that it was really nice to get a follow up call and that's why I'm leaving this review. Would highly recommend and thanks Saga.

Very bad experience buying from this company. I bought a car and spend half of the money the car worth in car repair after 6 months. Had to sell car on scrap. Beware to check their cars properly
